HFI builds on it's popular Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) program with this new designation for User Experience (UX) practitioners.
The new Certified User Experience Analyst™ (CXA) program is a reflection of the expansion of the UX field. This program expands and validates a person's knowledge in key advanced concepts like persuasion engineering, strategy and innovation, and the institutionalization of a UX practice within an organization.
According to Dr. Eric Scaffer, CEO of Human Factors International, "With the CXA program, HFI is making its corporate statement about what we believe that next generation skillset, next generation contribution, will be for our field."
