Mark started his career in the mail room in the ad business in New York where he lived and worked for over 20 years. During that time he was active in the industry trade group, the PMA, where he was a founding member of the NY Chapter. He also taught promotion marketing, and later, interactive marketing, at NYU.
In 1994, he co-founded an interactive marketing agency in NY — Premiere Interactive Media — which he sold to his partner in 1996 when he was recruited to become Janus Capital's first Webmaster.
In 2001 he left Janus to start an in-home interactive consultancy which became too big to handle from the kitchen table. So he co-founded Foci, LLC in 2003 — which he built to be the 7th largest Web developer in Denver. Upon leaving Foci, he became VP Marketing for Fetter Logic, a Denver-based software developer and consultant to the brokerage industry. He is currently employed by Human Factors International, based in Fairfield, the world's leading user experience design consultant and strategic digital advisor to the Fortune 500.
