Delivering the ultimate user experience

Welcome to Human Factors International - Europe. A leading provider of usability and user experience design services

Human Factors International is the world’s largest usability company, leading the industry in process-driven usability operations. From our London and Hamburg offices we help Europe’s leading corporations to produce usable applications and web sites, but just as important, we also help clients to institutionalise usability by developing and realising a strategy in user-centred design.

Meet the team...

Usability is about designing websites, products, and services that are engaging, memorable, and intuitive. Traditional usability deals almost exclusively with the 'can do' aspect of design, such as the ease with which people can navigate a site or use a product. Today's interactive environment requires a new take on usability, one that embraces the complete user experience.

Let us help you achieve your business goals by creating experiences that your customers want. We show you how to understand your customers' needs and interact with them through persuasion, emotion and trust.
