  • MEFX – The Middle East International Banking, Financial Technology & Services Exhibition & Conference, 1 to 3 June 2008, Dubai. HFI will showcase its Usability Central – Best Practices™ at this year’s first ever MEFX conference. Nigel Grace, Managing Director of Human Factors International will present The New Customer Magnet at the MEFX Summit Technology Forum, 12.15 pm to 12.45pm on Tuesday, 3 June 2008 in the Sheikh Rashid Hall at the Dubai International Convention Centre.
  • Internet World 2008 – 29 April to 1 May 2008 at Earls Court, London. Elisa del Galdo presented "Influence and Persuasion" – new methods to increase website conversion by designing for persuasion, emotion, and trust.
  • CHI 2008 – 5-10 April in Florence, Italy. HFI's Elisa del Galdo presented Apala Chavan's paper titled "What about a 'local' wrapper around an 'universal' core?".
  • HFI reception – 8th November 2007 at Durham Street Auditorium, RSA, London. Human Factors Europe hosted Executive Director Mona Patel – Breakthrough in Web Site Conversion: How to truly understand and influence the customer experience.
  • Internet World – 1st to 3rd May 2007 at Earls Court, London. Human Factors Europe will have an exhibition presence at Internet World 2007. Elisa del Galdo will present an address on The ROI of Usability
  • How to create breakthrough products and services through Contextual Innovation – Apala Lahiri Chavan, Managing Director, Human Factors International India led a 2 day workshop on 19th and 20th April 2007 at London Art House.
  • e-Consultancy - Digital Cream '07 – Elisa del Galdo, Chief of Technical Staff presended at "Process-Driven Usability, Institutionalisation and the ROI of outsourcing" at Digital Cream '07, March 6th 2007, New Connaught Rooms, London WC2. This was a "hands-on" participatory event for networking and learning through specialist streams, presentations, in-depth discussion and debate.
  • HFE's Nigel Grace and Justin Lalonde manned our booth at the European Banking & Insurance Fair, November 14-16 in Frankfurt.
  • Jerome Nadel, Executive Managing Director of Human Factor International, spoke on "Usable platforms for smart organizations" at a complimentary luncheon, Monday, October 16th at the Business Design Centre in London.
