CE Lead (always required) |
- Usability specialist with a Masters degree or 5 years in the field, HFI-trained and CUA.
- Manages projects, scheduling, delivery of work, and special needs

Senior Usability Specialist |
- Usability Specialist with BS/BFA and 2 years of experience, HFI-trained and CUA.
- Supports CE Lead in completing all usability analyses and design activities.

Senior Graphics Specialist |
- Online graphics artist with BFA and 3 years experience and completed HFI's special Graphics Factors training.
- Provides creative direction.

Graphics Specialist |
- Online graphics artist with a certificate from a major institution, has 1 year of experience, and completed HFI's special Graphics Factors training.
- Follows style guides and templates and prepares production graphics.

Software Analyst |
- Coding specialist with at least a BS in computer science, 3 years experience, and completed HFI's Web Design class.
- Provides overall management of prototype development and hosting.
|
Programmer |
- Coding specialist with a certificate in computer science, 1 year experience, and completed HFI's Web Design class.
- Codes prototypes in HTML.
